Summary of Nobleserve SheRISE Note Agreement

The Nobleserve SheRISE Account is a structured investment plan by Nobleserve Finance Company Limited. It includes two investment options:

SheRISE Seed Note – a flexible short-term savings investment.
SheRISE Lock Note – a fixed-term investment plan with locked-in returns.

Parties

Promoter: Nobleserve Finance Company Limited
Subscriber: Prospective investor in either the SheRISE Seed Note or SheRISE Lock Note.

SheRISE SEED NOTE

Minimum Monthly Contribution: ₦50,000

Tenure Options and Interest Rates:

90 days – 12% per annum
180 days – 14% per annum
365 days – 16% per annum

Mandatory Compliance

Subscriber must contribute at least ₦50,000 monthly throughout the chosen tenor.
Default Clause:
- Failure to keep up contributions converts the portfolio to a Non-Interest-Bearing Note.
- Accrued interest will be subject to 10% Withholding Tax (WHT) as required by law.

Withdrawal Terms

First withdrawal before maturity: No penalty.
Second withdrawal before maturity: 1% penalty on accrued interest.
No withdrawals allowed for Seed Note holders accessing credit facilities.

Benefits

Bonus interest for consistent contributions in the first 180 days.
Consistent contributors for the first 180 days are entitled to an additional 0.25% above the agreed rate guide.
₦500 referral reward for introducing two new clients.
Access to NB SheRISE Advocacy Platform and SheRISE Ambassador recognition.
Membership of Nobleserve Mentorship and Networking Club.
Free personal and business financial advisory.
Access to student/business loans after 6 months of consistent activity.
Quarterly financial literacy webinars.

SheRISE LOCK NOTE

Minimum Monthly Contribution: ₦100,000

Tenure Options and Interest Rates:

90 days – 13% per annum
180 days – 16% per annum
365 days – 18% per annum

Terms & Conditions

Funds remain locked until maturity.
Interest is subject to 10% Withholding Tax (WHT) according to government rules.

Benefits

Upfront interest payment.
Bonus interest on rollover at maturity.
Customers with a rollover option of funds upon maturity shall be entitled to an additional 0.25% on their deposit.
₦1,000 referral reward for introducing two new clients.
Access to NB SheRISE Advocacy Platform and SheRISE Ambassador recognition.
Membership of Nobleserve Women in Business (WIB) community.
Personalized financial coaching and business advisory.
Access to loans after 3 months of consistent operation.
Quarterly financial literacy trainings or workshops.
